This section limits how much Farabicoders can be held responsible for. These limits are common and necessary for any digital service.
We exclude liability for: loss of game progress, data loss, lost profits, missed savings, or other consequential or indirect loss arising from Domino Strategy:Puzzle Board use or unavailability.
If Farabicoders is found liable for any claim, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 USD — whichever is greater.

Dispute Process

Termination for Cause: We may immediately suspend or terminate accounts involved in cheating, fraud, hate speech, or other serious violations, without prior notice when necessary to protect our community.
Effects of Termination: Upon termination, your license ends immediately, virtual assets in your account are forfeited (if terminated for cause), and survival provisions continue in force.
Service Shutdown: Farabicoders reserves the right to discontinue Domino Strategy:Puzzle Board entirely. We'll provide reasonable advance notice of any planned shutdown.

Applicable Law
